How we work with returns

All Sales are Final
Each order is custom made for each and every customer.
The Hammer and Nigel Store does not accept returns, replacements or refunds in the case where the customer ordered the wrong size or the address was entered incorrectly. View the sizing chart on each of the products and don’t hesitate to contact us before ordering. Under certain circumstances, The Hammer and Nigel Show has the authority to make exceptions to this policy.
Completed Orders
Once the “complete order” button has been clicked it is not possible to edit or cancel your order; However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. The automated ordering process might not allow for changes, but if there is a chance we will try to fix it.
Shipping Claims
It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such cases The Hammer and Nigel Store will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Damaged items
If a product arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 business days after delivery.
We will review replacement/return requests only:
- If a product is damaged. Proof of damage is required, a photo will be requested of the damaged item. If no photo is sent or you do not wish to send a photo of the damaged itemwe will be unable to accept the return, issue a refund, or replace the item.
- There is a print error. Proof of print error is required, a photo will be requested of the print error. If no photo is sent or you do not wish to send me a photo of the damaged item we will be unable to accept the return, issue a refund, or replace said item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks (30 days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on The Hammer and Nigel Store are covered at our expense. All other shipping errors need to go through the shipping company.
The return address is set by default our printing partner’s facility. When our printer receives a returned shipment an automated email will be sent to The Hammer and Nigel Store. Returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks (30 days).
If our printer’s facility isn’t used as the return address The Hammer and Nigel Store is not responsible for any wrong return address outcomes that may impact your return, refund, or replacement.
